Stephen Rayment's Systech International managing businesses in Middle East and Africa

Stephen Rayment Cofounded Systech International in 1991 with Mark Woodward-Smith and is the Group Managing Director with responsibility for the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Americas regions. He spent the 70s and 80 developing his expertise on construction projects in the UK as a chartered quantity surveyor, project manager and major commercial property developer prior to his specialisation in preparation of contractual claims and dispute resolution.

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Stephen Rayment Systech co-founder, is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and managed to earn a Bcs (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, a Msc in Project Management and a LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration.

He lead the globalization of business in 1994 by expanding it in the Asia Pacific region and also opened permanent offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. After successful operation in the Asia Pacific he then directed the group to expand into the Middle East and Americas markets. He opened several regional offices in Abu Dhabi Doha, Dubai, Houston, Rio de Janeiro, Atlanta, Australia, Japan, Korea and Toronto.

To further add strength to the business Stephen Rayment added services such as recent acquisition of Systech Solicitors, the first of its kind under the Legal Services Act, allowing the business to offer a unique combination of projects, claims, dispute resolution and legal services under a single brand.
